What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM.
Do you allow pets at your properties?
A: We allow house-trained dogs. Due to the wild surroundings, please be aware of ticks, critters, and plant-life that are not pet-friendly. We do charge a one-time pet fee. We provide dog bowls, pet waste bags, and a bed. Please check the house rules for more information.
What if I need help during my stay?
A: You’ll have your host’s direct number to call or text anytime. Whether it’s a quick question or something unexpected, we’re here to make sure your stay goes smoothly. You also will have a well-developed digital guidebook sent to you before your trip.

A: Cricket's Keep is located on Cricket's Creek which feeds directly into Table Rock Lake. You will find the property down a long dirt road, nearby other A-frames. You may experience little to no cell service when approaching the area. Please make sure your directions, check-in instructions, and you host contact information are saved somewhere prior to departing on your trip.
What is the cancellation policy?
A: The cancellation policy will depend on the season. Typically, our slower months benefit from a more flexible cancellation policy than in-demand dates. Please see your reservation details for more information or ask anytime. We do provide the opportunity to purchase travel insurance if you book more than 30 days ahead of check-in.
