A: Check-in is 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM.
A: We don’t allow pets in the apartment. However, the owner does have a friendly dog that you might see in the backyard as you come and go. The pup is very sweet, but we want to make sure all guests are aware before booking.
A: You’ll have your host’s direct number to call or text anytime. Whether it’s a quick question or something unexpected, we’re here to make sure your stay goes smoothly. You also will have a well-developed digital guidebook sent to you before your trip.
A: We recommend using Google Maps or Apple Maps and typing in the full address above. It will lead you to a residential home—the apartment is located upstairs behind the main house. You will need to park on the street, then walk through the pedestrian gate and proceed to Unit 2 in the backyard.
A: The cancellation policy will depend on the season. Typically, our slower months benefit from a more flexible cancellation policy than in-demand dates. Please see your reservation details for more information or ask anytime. We do provide the opportunity to purchase travel insurance if you book more than 30 days ahead of check-in.
