A: Check-in is 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM.
Do you allow pets at your properties?
A: We allow house-trained dogs. We do charge a one-time pet fee. We provide dog bowls, pet waste bags, and a bed. Please check the house rules for more information.

A: You’ll have your host’s direct number to call or text anytime. Whether it’s a quick question or something unexpected, we’re here to make sure your stay goes smoothly. You also will have a well-developed digital guidebook sent to you before your trip.
Finding Climbing Rose
A: Climbing Rose is tucked into a peaceful residential neighborhood on the southwest side of San Antonio. Just 20 minutes from downtown, it’s easy to reach whether you're driving in or flying into SATX. The house is easy to spot—it’s a spacious brick home with a welcoming front yard and plenty of driveway space. Look for the climbing rose bush near the entrance (yes, it's real 🌹). Parking is free and easy—we have space for 3–4 vehicles in the driveway and curbside parking as well.
What is the cancellation policy?
A: The cancellation policy will depend on the season. Typically, our slower months benefit from a more flexible cancellation policy than in-demand dates. Please see your reservation details for more information or ask anytime. We do provide the opportunity to purchase travel insurance if you book more than 30 days ahead of check-in.
